Kentucky Rejoins the Majority – New Law Permits Mandatory Arbitration Agreements

A Sept. 27, 2018, Kentucky Supreme Court ruling found that mandatory arbitration agreements conditioned on employment were not enforceable. See Northern Kentucky Area Development District v.
